Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection and respond appropriately.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Phood Farm applies privacy rules in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In the context of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Phood Farm declares that we manage personal data in a secure and careful manner. This privacy statement concerns the processing of personal data of our healthcare participants. We at least meet the requirements of the GDPR when handling personal data. Below you can read how we do this in concrete terms.

Personal data that we process

Phood Farm processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. By using our services, you agree that we collect and use this personal data in accordance with this privacy statement. We process the following personal data:

– First and last name
– Sex
– Date of birth
– Address data
– Phone number
– E-mail address

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

As a subcontractor, Phood Farm does not process sensitive information itself, but does have the right to inspect it. You have explicitly given permission for this to the agency that processes this sensitive data. To monitor the progress of our guidance, we process daily reports that concern day-to-day functioning, and which can be provided for subcontracting.

Data that they process and to which we may have access include:

o Data about personal vulnerabilities for risk assessment,
o Information about criminal history,
o Data on economic status,
