Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection and respond appropriately.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile photo will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. By using this membership environment and being a member of Phood Community Farm, users agree that any photos and videos taken during the activities can be used for publication. If this is not desirable, this consent can be withdrawn. Photos and videos can be used via various online and offline channels such as: social media, email, internet publications, print publications, physically on location, in book publications, etc.

Phood Farm applies privacy rules in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In the context of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Phood Farm declares that we manage personal data in a secure and careful manner. This privacy statement concerns the processing of personal data of our healthcare participants. We at least meet the requirements of the GDPR when handling personal data. Below you can read how we do this in concrete terms.

Personal data that we process

Phood Farm processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. By using our services, you agree that we collect and use this personal data in accordance with this privacy statement. We process the following personal data:

– First and last name
– Sex
– Date of birth
– Address data
– Phone number
– E-mail address

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

As a subcontractor, Phood Farm does not process sensitive information itself, but does have the right to inspect it. You have explicitly given permission for this to the agency that processes this sensitive data. To monitor the progress of our guidance, we process daily reports that concern day-to-day functioning, and which can be provided for subcontracting.

Data that they process and to which we may have access include:

o Data regarding your health/health,
o Data about personal vulnerabilities for risk assessment,
o Information about criminal history,
o Data on economic status,
o Data about familial relationships/family composition,

Inspection or correction always takes place personally at the Phood Farm location. Phood Farm will respond as quickly as possible, but will respond to your request within 4 weeks.

Phood Farm takes the protection of your personal data seriously and takes adequate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
